Groupon voucher customer. Colour was lovely but the haircut was (is!) a mess. Had my hair cut by owner Adrian's mother who was visiting for Xmas. A bullish, vapid woman who listened to absolutely nothing in regards to what I wanted.Salon is near impossible to contact by phone.This place is close to home for me but I won't be back.
Awesome! Knowledgeable, experienced, professional. Thank you Adrian and sorry, my daughter couldn't remember the name of the lady who did an amazing cut, styling, keratin treatment for her. Definitely will come back again.
If time matters for you plus you dont enjoy racist attitudes please dont go to this place. I arrived with a big smile at the salon until a very unfriendly guy at the reception desk accepted me. He said that he was responsible for my hair that day. And I was sitting there left alone for myself for a long time until he decided to come and have a look at my hair. Never had seen anyone in any profession this uninterested in what they do. He didnt even smile for once and just with a disgustedly expression looked at my hair and when I was explaining what I wanted wouldnt even nod or look at me or smile or anything. That killed my enthusiasm at the start. He left again to answer the phones and each time he would come back he had to leave to answer the phone and long times of joking over the phone and talking with other hairdressers while I had mentioned I only had 2 hrs for a regrowth and a very simple cut and blow dry that was included in the package and every time he would say aaah yea we will be finished in 2 hrs. Took 3.5 hrs for him for a regrowth and I left without a proper hair cut and blow dry just wanted to leave. Besides, every other customer was offered a beverage except for me and a Chinese girl who was being treated very badly and just from the expression on her face she looked like she was about to cry any moment. I just burst into laughter seeing her face from the mirror in front of me as like me she had this friendly character and a big smile at entrance. Another girl before be said she wanted to move her car and basically escaped and never came back. I didnt know wether to laugh or cry. Im happy to spend more money but have a better experience than this. It was terrible.
Shout out to Karen who did an absolutely fantastic job. Atmosphere was pretty impressive classy and wow effect. Highly recommended If you're after a great hairstyle. Look no further well experienced bunch led by Adrian.
