Purchased a Dyson Hard Tail here this year. The bike and the service from Brisbane electric bikes have both been okay, but not great. The bike has had repeated electrical problems, and has now apparently melted a contact after less than 500kms. The team at the shop said they'd fix it but it took a week for them to even open it up and take a look. They couldn't find the key so I had to come across town to bring them my spare. I understand it's hard to account for variability in demand, but when your bike is your main way of getting around, you'd hope for more conscientious, efficient service.
They've been my saviours when I came in with a borrowed bike that had close to no air in the tubes and was in pretty bad condition overall. They gave me some air and lubricated my chain free of charge. They had a lot of high-end German made bikes in the store and a good expertise on them as well. I highly recommend this place to people who are into good e-bikes!
