My vehicle was ment to be towed here a few weeks ago after a very serious accident by my insurance company. I called the workshop and spoke to a kiwi girl (Ive forgotten her name) who talked through the whole process with me. She chased up the insurance company, located my car and had it arrive and assessed the very same day as our first phone call.Unfortunately the vehicle was deemed a write off but at no fault of Apex. I called back to the office and explained to the same lady that my fianc and I were due to be married and unable to attend the workshop to collect our personal belongings and meet the wrecker to collect the money as agreed.She went out of her way yet again to help us. Collected our belongings from the car, plates & the money from the wrecker and held onto these until we were back from our honeymoon. I received texts throughout the whole process with updates and when back in Brisbane I was able to easily collect our belongings/wrecker pay out as agreed from the staff there. Honest, helpful, accommodating and reliable.Thank you Apex!
Unexpected conversation... The paint didn't cover enough. I talked to the labour half an hour to show him the difference (while his manager was listening). He told me the paint is perfect and I should take it easy because Nissan makes 10k of these cars every day and my car is not a special one. I was not satisfied. The insurance rep visited my car and ruled for repainting. I wish they could feel at least responsible.
Took my BT50 there for insurance repairs, staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Job was completed well above what I was expecting. There was an issue with some damage to my tinting from overspray. Staff took my car back at earliest convenience to myself, provided me with a courtesy car and replaced the tint.Could not recommend more highly. Excellent service, excellent job, excellent resolution to issues.
These guys are pretty awesome. Love their work always and honesty in gauging the condition of a car!! I have recommended them to all my friends in Brisbane and every one of them gave me the same feedback. I wont look away from them for any car repairs and services while am in Brisbane!!
