Good place to head to first when building a new PC or upgrading a peripheral etc. If buying directly from the store (the Milton branch appears to be the main stockist) do your selection online in the comfort of your home then head in to the store once you get the email advising that your order is ready. Take your order number with you as you will have to enter it into the self service in order to wait for your name to be next called out. I found this service very efficient once you get the hang of it. I have also found their costs for delivery to be very reasonable and strongly recommend using it if you are outside of Brisbane. They don't always have the best price but I have had no dramas in dealing with them.
Good Store but lacks enough parking and very long wait for parts picking. The low prices certainly help the pain of the waiting queue. Hooked up to Online chat support and that was going nowhere. Not helpful and didn't suggest there was a superseded model I could purchase instead...after some Google search found there was a newer model and then rang instead of Online Chat...they were more helpful. Got my part at a pretty good price.
Great place, it has been my go to hardware store for many years and they usually remain the cheapest even with online shopping options. If you're doing a system build buy all your components there and you'll save a packet, they might even catch any compatibility issues you have. Sometimes a bit slow, but that is fully justified. They've ironed most of the bugs in their website and ordering process too. I recommend the main Milton store over their satellite stores too.

Bought a 4K monitor on their website, the item is listed as 'in stock', but 10 days later they still haven't shipped my monitor. Sent three emails to them and every time their reply was like 'oh sorry I'll tell the warehouse to ship your order ASAP' and then several days later, nothing. EDIT: Finally received the item 13 days after I placed the order (they sent out the item 8 business days after I placed the order, although they promise 1-2 business days on their website), however the item is working well, so I'll change the rating from 1 star to 3 star.
