Reminded me of the pizza in Rome. Service was genuine and friendly. Didn't have to ask for table water or menus as some have commented. Surcharge 10% on public holiday to be expected. Might not suit people expecting domino's pizza.
I visit this restaurant regularly as it offers good value lunch deals and the food is of good quality. The service is always friendly, however I have started to grow a little frustrated at how long it takes to get service. For a restaurant that would rely a lot on local workers who are limited in time, they dont do a very good job of serving customers swiftly. The wait staff always have their heads down when walking around so you can never get their attention. They often will clean tables right next to you without realising you are there waiting and starring at them like a weirdo trying to get their attention. The last 3 visits I had to get up and go and ask for a menu and service and 2 of those occasions the restaurant was almost empty so there really was no excuse.As I said the staff are friendly, they just need to keep their heads up and eyes out, as quick service is very important when you have a restaurant in a business hub. I will add there are some reviews about the pizzas being very bland, I have tried a few different ones and I must admit some are incredibly bland, whilst others are full of flavour. So it really does depend on what you order. Hope this feedback reaches management and improvements can be seen otherwise they may end up loosing a customer and probably many others.
A love this place but after dining there tonight I was very disappointed. Got seated waited 15-20mins no menu. Ordered without looking at menu. Pizza had mushrooms and wife has high allergy to mushrooms our fault for.not looking at menu which we didn't get offered and not once were we offered a drink. VERY VERY POOR.

Very good experience, recommended!We went there with friends for a dinner. We were looked after at all times and had very good time. Good prices for value and the menu.. very extensive! Lastly, pizza was absolutely bellissimo!
