Do not use. Had my booking cancelled as he claims to have never received my Gmail sent email with the booking details. Didn't respond to my initial email either, but after calling was told he was busy but the booking was fine and to just send through the details by email and mention "as per the phone conversation" and it will be fine. I did so straight after the call and didn't hear anything back but assumed it was fine. Still didn't hear anything the day before so I emailed again and on the day the move the booked he emails and tells me he never received my email even though I replied to my sent email to send it to him. Did not offer any apologies or alternatives, effectively saying "oh well, too bad".
Jesse and Brad moved my house today in an incredibly professional way. From very first 'hello' right up until our farewell, these blokes nailed it! Its a 38 degree day with super humidity but not one complaint or break. Communication was brilliant and I did not have one piece of broken or damaged furniture. I completely recommend them.
