I have experience the worst service with secure parking. You don't get any response via email from the service team. I had to call up and speak to someone on the phone (you only have to wait about 40min) and they are unfriendly, annoyed and unhelpful. I quit monthly parking just after 3 month because all my colleagues pay less than me. Never again.
I had monthly parking with Secure Park in which you have to pay a $200 deposit for the access pass. I cancelled the park and handed the pass back in and am still waiting for them to refund the $200 deposit. That was 4 weeks ago I handed it back. It was meant to take 5-10 business days to process the refund. I have had no replies to emails, promises of payments that will be made, lost paperwork. Pretty much every pathetic excuse possible and am still waiting...
Pretty central. Didn't save to much by booking online
Very safe secure PARKING. Security personal walking the street and parking. Keep up the GREAT WORK KINGS PARKING.
Awful. Hard to find the signage from the street is non existent. Once you get in the car parking its like a dark maze in which most parking spaces are company owned/reserved. Elevator wouldn't take me to basement to retrieve my car at the end of the day luckily a kind man with an access card walked passed and helped me. Then no signage to indicate which way the exit is to get the hell out of there. Wasted at least 30 minutes of my day on this crappy experience. Never again.
