Great guys great service i have been there for 2 years.
I used Kennards Milton for 12 months, coming and going to the storage unit quite a few times during that time. At all times, the facility was scrupulously clean and trolleys etc readily available. Driving straight in to the undercover loading bay was great and never too busy. The staff in the office gave excellent service from day one, helping me with the process in a courteous and professional way. I encountered different staff and they were all equally polite and efficient. Last Saturday, 26th January 2019, we cleared the remainder of the items and advised the office that we no longer needed the unit. By that afternoon, I had an email about the refund of the rent that I had paid in advance. It was processed to my bank account by Sunday. No Australia Day long weekend time off for these guys. Great job Kennards, you made the whole stress of moving that much easier, so thank you.
