****BRIDES STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!****I honestly felt I was being rushed & it was get me in & out as quick as possible. in all honesty, they made the experience so unpleasurable. Ella did not like when she was questioned or asked to do something.... i firstly took my MOH who saw things that didnt look right on the dress. In my MOH defence, she was direct, never rude, because every suggestion about the length etc was responded by Ella & her team very rudely. It was as if it was all too hard for them. They had gotten there money, so it seemed get us in & then get us out ASAP. I had my final fitting & even tho it was Ella herself who did the final fitting, I took my dress home. I had given my dress to my bridesmaid only to discover 4 days before my wedding that half my dress still had pins in it & the bottom was actually fraying.... it was only half done... & it was hacked! this is NOT something you want to see 4 days before your big day! The only reason she saw it was that it was hanging from a roof beam & the dress had time to spread out & go down. I phoned them, got in the next morning. How did they miss this - it was all at the back of the dress so I couldnt see it... but how could they miss it?!????I ended up taking my cousin who is a professional dress maker. In hindsight I should have just used her - but I didnt want to as this time of year is her peak season. To put it lightly, they have HACKED the bottom of my wedding dress... it is just lucky that it is all hidden underneath. Im sorry, but when I pay $1000s for a wedding dress, I do not want my dress to be HACKED. And I paid at the first visit for all alterations. That was just under $600. To top things off, I never got an apology... I only got excuses & when I told them they also left the zip half way down- which caused the teeth in the zipper to bed & it took my cousin over an hour to get back up - they told me they didnt do that... REALLY?!?!?! Ill take responsibility of things i do wrong.... I guess this trait doesnt run with everyone. I WILL NEVER USE or RECOMMEND Ella or her business. Its a shame where I purchased my wedding dress - white lily coutour- this is the only place they recommend.... NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
I saw Ella weeks ago to try on dresses for my wedding. She went out of her way to make my experience fun yet relaxed. Such a lovely lady with incredible gowns. Ella, you really made my experience for bridal shopping fun! I look back at that day with my mum and think what a fun day it was. This meant a lot to me as I was quite stressed at the time. I would highly recommend other brides to stop by and see Ella! Katie xx

As soon as I entered the showroom, I knew I had to have a custom Ella Moda dress. I enjoyed every moment of the process from choosing the lace, to the final fitting days before the wedding. Ella and her colleagues were a dream to have during the planning, always put my mind at ease and made me feel like such a special bride to be. Having a custom made dress was one of my best decisions. The day before the wedding when I hung the dress up, I looked at it and it bought tears to my eyes as it was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen. I look back at our photos and video and I wish I could wear it over and over!
