Hi Emma, We called in last Thursday and bought the beautiful red dress for my daughter. Can I just say how delightful it was dealing with you. It was our first time we had been " formal dress shopping" and we didn't feel the need to travel anywhere else. You were attentive to our every need. We loved how relaxed you made us both feel. And how you enjoyed the experience has much as we did. It really was " love at first sight" from all 3 of us when she put the dress on. And certainly had the " WOW" FACTOR! Welcoming and friendly with a huge selection of dresses! Lots of changing rooms and super helpful staff who offer advice on different styles and colours to suit! Left the store with all my bridesmaids dresses that day which was even better!! Excellent service from start to finish. Thanks for your help girls

Everything going great picking my daughters formal dress. She found the perfect one and during the selecting process we were told that they do the alterations. My daughter fell in love with a dress and we said yes and as she was getting back into her clothes the staff told me they cant do the alterations now and gave me a card for a drycleaners. I work Mon-Fri 8-5 so i cant there to have alterations done. I will be going to a current affair about this. I paid a lot of money for this dress.
