I came in as a walk in new patient on Christmas eve. I only waited for 25 minutes before seeing a dr. The front desk staff were very polite. I saw Dr Olotu and he was very thorough and caring. I got blood taken out that afternoon and Dr Olotu personally called me at 6 pm on Christmas Eve to give me my results and to recommend that I visit the ER at Milton. When I arrived at the hospital, he had already called ahead and let them know my situation and my results. Thank you Dr Olotu for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve. I really appreciate it :)
I feel so comfortable coming here. The Doctors and Nurses and secretaries are wonderful.
Absolute waste of time attending the clinic. I have been a patient at Milton Medical for over 15 years. My last three visits have been for the clinic. I am always told 30-60 minute wait. Today was no exception. Told 45 minutes on arrival. Waited 1 hr and 10 before asking at reception how many more were ahead of me. I was told I was next. Doctor came out and took someone else. Walked out at 1 hr 20 mins of waiting. My last three visits have been the exact same story.I no longer recognise any of the doctors that I see. The medical advice I am given is proven incorrect. This doctors clinic is no longer worth much.
Ive never been treated so badly by a doctor waited for a report for 9 weeks still none so had to find another GP. Thank goodness I have found some one who cares for the patients and listens to. Never going back again. Just hope I never get one of those doctors at the hospital if I ever have to use it. New GP did report straight away dont know why the other doctor just couldnt do the same. Even tried to complain that didnt go far. So rang health commissioner. They want a report off me glad someone cares for our health. And one of those receptionist needs to learn how to smile
On holiday needing assistance, the doctors were very attentive and caring
